I’m Luiz, a Brazilian-Portuguese chef with a background in engineering and marketing. I’ve lived in more than 10 countries and travelled to over 80, experiences that have deeply shaped the way I see food, culture and people. Through my cuisine, I love creating connections, sharing stories and bringing different influences together around the table.

Join me for a classic French late lunch and enjoy a generous, comforting 3-course meal paired with a glass of wine.

We’ll start with grilled Brie cheese served with honey and nuts, followed by a steak with mushroom sauce and vegetables, and finish with a delicious chocolate éclair.
