Hello, we are the Sisu Spirit Method, and our specialty is resilience!

Our team—Alexandra, Frédéric, and Silvain—specializes in fostering a deep connection with nature through Nordic protocols, the Wim Hof Method, meditation, and more… We create a cocoon, a bubble of well-being where breathing practices, sensory exploration, and emotional release come together. Together, we draw on the strength of the group for retreats where we reconnect, push our limits, and recharge in complete safety with our two former Paris firefighters.

Description of your future experience

You’re about to have a unique experience with a Nordic protocol (sauna and ice bath) outdoors (in the great outdoors, weather permitting). To prepare for this, you’ll undergo a specially guided session led by a certified Wim Hof and Soeberg instructor and supervised by two former Paris firefighters.
