Meet People is authorized to process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the performance of the contractual agreement between guides and travelers.
Meet People Customer Service processes personal data to handle questions and requests. This processing is necessary to provide our services. For this purpose, Meet People processes your name, email address, and booking information. Meet People is authorized to process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the legitimate interest of Meet People (or a third party), primarily to enable Meet People to adequately respond to questions, expectations, and requests.
Meet People processes personal data and your experience photos for marketing purposes.
For this purpose, Meet People processes the following personal data: website behavior, IP address, email address, postal address, phone number, online identifiers, booking information, location, and account information. Meet People is authorized to process personal data for this purpose when individuals have given their consent or when Meet People has a legitimate interest in processing personal data. Depending on the basis for processing (legitimate interest versus consent), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time or the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. We may engage third-party companies and individuals to help us improve or facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform platform-related services, including but not limited to: maintenance services, fraud detection services, database management, web analytics services, tracking and evaluation services, or online payment services.
These third parties may have access to your personal information. If they do, your information is always protected by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
