Hello, I'm Paul, winemaker at Château Haut Beynat, but above all, I'm a man of passion. Together with my wife, I created Coteau des Sens, my corner of paradise nestled among the vines, where time slows down to make room for what's essential: encounters, nature and true emotions.

This place welcomes travelers in search of meaning, flavors and silence... A refuge for those who want to travel differently, taking the time to feel, listen and taste. Here, every moment is an invitation to slow down, to ground yourself, to live fully.

If you're looking for an authentic stopover, an immersion in the living, and a host with a healthy dose of humanity: you've come to the right place.

Description of your future experience

Go behind the scenes of winemaking with the winemaker himself. He’ll open the doors to his cellar for a lively, sensory, and unfiltered tour: tanks, barrels, yeasts, terroir… everything will be explained to you with passion and simplicity.

You’ll learn how wine is made, from harvest to bottling, with anecdotes from everyday life. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of our three vintages in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, perfect for curious wine lovers, families, or groups.
