Hey, I'm Barbara, a professional caver with a passion for exploring the underground world. With a state caving diploma and a federal initiator's certificate, I lead outings for all levels, from discovering the underground world to extreme technical explorations. I'm actively involved in a number of caving and rescue associations, and work for the recognition and professionalization of caving as co-president of the national caving and canyoning guide union. I love to pass on my passion and knowledge as a scientific mediator of the karst environment (underground world) and would be delighted to accompany you underground to experience an authentic, immersive adventure that respects the natural environment.
Description of your future experience
This underground traverse is well worth the detour, and is an ideal way to fully immerse yourself in the world of the Granzon massif.
The adventure begins with a series of three abseiling descents, the highest of which reaches 35 metres. Once at the bottom, we follow an underground river that gradually guides us back to the spring. The route then becomes more challenging: narrow passages, varied progression phases, climbing and, to conclude, the crossing of an underground lake. A complete experience, physical and technical, rich in sensations.
This outing lasts around 5 hours and is open to people aged 14 and over. You'll need to be able to swim 20 meters, and bring comfortable sportswear, hiking boots, a complete change of clothes, a small water bottle and a compact picnic. I supply all the equipment required for the activity: helmet with light, wetsuit and harness.
