Survival course by the sea - Unique in Finistère Alone or in a small group, experience a true immersion in the natural environment during a survival course supervised by a qualified professional who specializes in survival techniques. The activity takes place on private wooded land located on the wild coast of Cap Sizun.

Totally disconnect, get back to basics, and learn practical skills for surviving independently in the wild. Suitable for all levels. On the agenda: Techniques for starting a fire without matches or a lighter Building shelters in the wild Essential knots and ropes Rustic fishing and subsistence techniques using the coastline

Finding water and methods of purification Recognizing edible plants First aid in a natural environment Overcoming obstacles and moving across varied terrain Close to Pointe du Raz, Douarnenez, Quimper, and Brest. Courses offered from April to September.
