Secret crags and geological curiosities of Bavella (with an option of breakfast facing the sea or spuntinu (picnic) of Corsican products and sunset)

Hello Meet People community, I'm Julie, passionate about nature, mountains, and Corsica, so come and discover these Corsican treasures during a walk, hike... From sunrise to sunset, or just a few hours strolling through the forest discovering plants and birds, listening to stories and legends from our shepherds and learning about local and rural heritage, identifying plants and learning what they were used for, taking part in a treasure hunt or a scavenger hunt, or even a hike in a joelette with a person with reduced mobility: an extraordinary human adventure! I also organize tailor-made treks lasting several days: discovering the GR20 but also, and above all, exceptional variations and off-trail routes. And I'm in Corsica all year round, so in winter it's snowshoeing, searching for avalanche victims with a device, and descending in a cuculuge. In short, there's something for all tastes and paces, so don't hesitate!

Meet at 6 or 7 a.m./9 a.m./1 p.m. or 5 p.m. at the pass where the statue of the Virgin Mary stands (with an optional breakfast) facing the sea at the foot of the impressive Bavella peaks, then we set off on a hike of about 3 hours through these old houses- sheepfolds of Bavella and a majestic forest of endemic black pines so tall that they were used to make ship masts...discovering the fauna and flora, local legends, and geological curiosities: the Bavella Arch and, optionally, the promontory or Calanca Murata. After a snack facing a sumptuous panorama, we will return to the pass.

What we will see/places to visit: - the esplanade behind the Virgin Mary statue with a view of the sea for breakfast - a walk through the small village of cottages - the largest conifers in Bavella: Laricio pine, fir, and yew trees off the beaten track but well worth the detour - the Bavella Arch U Cumpuleddu

- An unmarked panorama: Sainte Lucie promontory or Calanca Murata Option (at an additional cost) to add breakfast facing the sea, a picnic of Corsican products, and extend the hike by 2-3 hours if you are not afraid of heights and want a more athletic version.
