Hello, I'm Paul, winemaker at Château Haut Beynat, but above all, I'm a man of passion. Together with my wife, I created Coteau des Sens, my corner of paradise nestled among the vines, where time slows down to make room for what's essential: encounters, nature and true emotions.

This place welcomes travelers in search of meaning, flavors and silence... A refuge for those who want to travel differently, taking the time to feel, listen and taste. Here, every moment is an invitation to slow down, to ground yourself, to live fully.

If you're looking for an authentic stopover, an immersion in the living, and a host with a healthy dose of humanity: you've come to the right place.

Description of your future experience

Let a local guide you through the narrow streets of Saint-Émilion and its vineyards for an immersive and welcoming tour of this UNESCO World Heritage gem.

Over the course of a half-day, Paul, our winemaker, will passionately share the history of its medieval streets with you, complete with anecdotes, and take you off the beaten path to discover the well-kept secrets of this exceptional terroir. Through the vineyards, monuments, and cellars, you’ll experience Saint-Émilion from the inside out!
