I love learning about production methods and what goes into each product. The craftsmanship, the little anecdotes, the history of a place or a family… that’s what brings a visit to life.

I invite you to dive into the world of Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, and gin—by going behind the scenes of their production, exploring the traditions surrounding them, and, of course, sharing some delicious tastings.

Immerse yourself in our world through a 1.5-hour immersive tour, from the vineyards to bottling. Discover our blending cellar and the steps involved in creating our gins.

Enjoy a tasting of three gins with varied aromatic profiles. Finish with a sensory workshop where everyone creates their own fragrance using essential oils.
