Hello, I'm Paul, winemaker at Château Haut Beynat, but above all, I'm a man of passion. Together with my wife, I created Coteau des Sens, my corner of paradise nestled among the vines, where time slows down to make room for what's essential: encounters, nature and true emotions.
This place welcomes travelers in search of meaning, flavors and silence... A refuge for those who want to travel differently, taking the time to feel, listen and taste. Here, every moment is an invitation to slow down, to ground yourself, to live fully.

Description of your future experience
Take a seat at the Table des Vignerons for a full meal (appetizer, main course, cheese, dessert) paired with three of their signature wines. Here, there’s no formal service: we share, we chat, we laugh, and above all, we savor the simple pleasure of an authentic moment.
