Hello, our team—Alexandra, Frédéric, and Silvain—specializes in fostering a deep connection with nature through Nordic practices, the Wim Hof Method, meditation, and more. We create a cocoon, a bubble of well-being where breathing exercises, sensory exploration, and emotional release come together. Together, we draw on the strength of the group to create retreats where you can reconnect with yourself, push your limits, and recharge in complete safety, guided by our two former Paris firefighters.

Description of your future experience

You’re about to have a unique experience with a Nordic protocol (sauna and ice bath) outdoors (in the great outdoors, weather permitting). To prepare for this, you’ll undergo a specially guided session led by a certified Wim Hof and Soeberg instructor and supervised by two former Paris firefighters.
