Exploring the Energy of the

St. Michel Chapel at the Col de Marcieu and the Stone Chair at Ste. Marie du Mont

The small chapel built on the edge of the cliff was constructed in the 11th century. Originally dedicated to Saint Bernard of Clairvaux, it was later dedicated to the Archangel Saint Michael. Both of these dedications are particularly rich in meaning. The chapel is connected to other regional sites dedicated to Saint Michael by a sacred line that joins the great Saint Michael–Apollo alignment.

Together, we will explore various phenomena of sacred geobiology and study the methods used by ancient builders to create a powerful energy site. We will also discuss other remarkable sites in the Grésivaudan region and its surroundings: chapels, standing or laid stones, and stone circles (Allevard, Biviers, Saint-Ismier, Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, Saint-Nazaire-les-Eymes, Saint-Martin-d’Uriage, Meylan, and Saint-Hugon).
