My partner and I spent a magical half-day with Jérôme, who generously shared his passion for sweet onions and their cultivation with us. After touring a plot of his organic farm, we took part in a super interesting and delicious cooking workshop: a Doignon Doux crumble with Parmesan and Pélardon, and an original and delicious raw Doignon Doux carpaccio! ?? Jérôme is very attentive, friendly, and a great teacher. Afterward, we had lunch together on his beautiful terrace. It was a time filled with fascinating conversations! We can’t wait to return to the Cévennes to continue the experience.
