Hello, I'm Paul, winemaker at Château Haut Beynat, but above all, I'm a man of passion. Together with my wife, I created Coteau des Sens, my corner of paradise nestled among the vines, where time slows down to make room for what's essential: encounters, nature and true emotions.
This place welcomes travelers in search of meaning, flavors and silence... A refuge for those who want to travel differently, taking the time to feel, listen and taste. Here, every moment is an invitation to slow down, to ground yourself, to live fully.
If you're looking for an authentic stopover, an immersion in the living, and a host with a healthy dose of humanity: you've come to the right place.
Description of your future experience
Set off at your own pace on a 17-km loop by e-bike through the vineyards, woods, and country lanes around the Castillonnais region. With the help of an audio guide, your ride turns into a true cultural exploration: you’ll learn about the history of the landscapes, grape varieties, landmarks, and the work of the winemakers, all while enjoying a breath of fresh air.
Upon your return, we’ll welcome you for a tour of our production cellar and a tasting of our wines. A perfect balance between independence and human connection, ideal for couples or small groups seeking an active, authentic, and gourmet experience. Adventurers and cyclists, we’re waiting for you!!
