Hello, my name is Maxime and I've been passionate about wine and especially spirits since I was very young.

I grew up in the cellars and took part in many trade shows open to the public, to showcase the products I created and loved 😁

After five years studying viticulture/oenology and international trade in wines and spirits, I decided to return to my native region, the one that thrills me so much!

Welcome to our home....! I’m Maxime, a true enthusiast who fell in love with Cognac when I was a kid. I’d like to welcome you into our 300-year-old estate to share with you my philosophy and the expertise of one of Cognac’s oldest family-owned houses, through our cellars and vintage Cognacs… You’ll even get the chance to taste one of them if you’re on your best behavior! 😉
